Hi.
I was wondering what equalizer presets do on the book sense. Also, does anyone know how to remove NLS keys from one?

Not sure about the nls keys thing but there are several equalizer settings including rock pop hall classical and normal. I think you can access them by going to the music folder. Then equalizer settings pop up as soon as you enter the folder. You can toggle through the setting using the arrow keys then hit the menu button to select the one you want. Hope this helps.

Okay if you want to remove an nls key try doing a factory reset.

OK. I know who to access the equalizers, but what do they do? I don't see any difference in sound when I change.

Well if you're using the equalizer settings while listening to a book it won't change. It only changes in the music folder. Then it will change how much or how little base or trebble you can listen to with music.

I wish they had done what was done with the stream. You could control bass and treble exactly as you wanted to, and didn't need to use stupid presets. Bad news for book sense owners, looks like HIMS is totally screwing themselves over. They can't even write instructions in proper English.
